Our new service, Youth Speaker Assembly program has been tested and is officially launching in 2020!!!

We have visited numerous schools and community centers and tweaked the program since July of 2019, and we are finally ready for the launch.

Most experts will agree that a single presentation to the youth population has very little impact. But this is also true for many other “single” events, from leadership training at your job, to learning a new language. It takes time, followups, and generating engagement in order for youth programs to work, and we are doing just that with our program.

First version of the program had a nationally acclaimed youth speaker and the most decorated boxer in USA history, Cam Awesome, deliver the message to the kids. But we have received interest from multiple schools that in order to scale we will be inviting other athletes and celebrities to do the speaking. Fight For Hearts will be providing all of the resources to make this possible (from speaker training, to ghost writing presentations).

In January of 2020 we ran our YSA program with the Boys and Girls clubs of Syracuse and we’ve had 18% engagement which exceeded our projections. To put this into perspective, one presentation and some followups had 18% of the children completing 15-20 min of additional activity daily over the course of 4 weeks. The cost/impact for this program looks very promising, but we will continue to track data to see the long term effects.
