Fight For Hearts Partners With Syracuse Parks and Rec.

We are proud to announce our partnership with Syracuse Parks and Recreation which will allow us to provide free workout classes to our entire community!  We will be offering a 4 week block of classes on Saturday's, starting on 10/7/2017 and ending 10/28/2017.  After this period we will consider an indoor program or a different location.

  • When: Saturday's @ noon - 1:00 pm (starts 10/7)
  • Where: Burnet Park
  • Cost: Free!

Our boot camp classes focus on GPP (General Physical Preparedness) and are composed of functional, compound movements which translate into everyday life; pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, core, etc.  Each exercise has a progression and regression, so don't be afraid to show up and try our class, they are designed for everyone to complete regardless of your fitness experience, conditioning, knowledge! Before starting any new diet and exercise program please check with your doctor make sure that you are approved to participate. 

Since our focus is on heart health we incorporate the conditioning aspect to the workout.  We advise our members to work out 4-5 times per week total, as well as to follow a healthy diet to maximize their fitness and health goals.

American Heart Association provides literature for our programs which will be offered after the workout so you can understand how simple living a healthy life really is!
